Program Associate -- Latin America and the Caribbean Position Summary The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) is seeking a candidate to work with its Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC) team to provide administrative and programmatic support for one or more designated programs and/or teams. The program associate will support country and D.C. staff in the day-to-day activities and in the planning, designing and implementing of programs related to strengthening political parties, civic organizations, election bodies, local government and legislatures in a target country.
